The butcher in question is Cain, who resides outside the town to the north-east. Apparently I'll know I'm in the right place when I arrive at a run-down shack with cattle grazing the fields nearby.
-  - Bring the sausages to Haywind barkeep.: I got the sausages, though the butcher seemed very strange. In any case, I should get the batch back to the barkeep in Haywind tavern.
