Exceptional Gear are weapons/armor/tools that can be crafted using Crafting, Smithing and Tailoring. Exceptional equipment have a 25% increase in all stats and price.
When crafting there is a 5% or 7% chance of crafting an exceptional item depending on unlocked traits.
