Inside of the Golemwoods, north of Haywind there is a small house containing a Reinforced Oak Bow spawn that has a 1 minute respawn timer. Using horsy it is possible to stay at the location indefinitely.
The bows can be sold at either Silverhair Bows for maximum profit (requires Peering beyond the curtain for access to Thornhill) or Harshwind Hunting for only 75% of the usual profit.
