Early game does not need much of a guide, simply gathering materials for other skills will be plenty but for getting to milestones and wanting to do Attack some what afk and this does work for magic and ranged but there are better ways for those so this guide is going to focus on attack. The goal is to have a safe place you can afk or almost afk the monsters.

I recommend keeping a Scavengers tool kit in your inventory to recycle any items you can. I also recommend food/acorns/etc for healing. If you can hire Loras The Nimble he works prefect because he will not attack, picks up the items,heal you.

I am going to assume you can kill lvl 12 Rowdy Adams at minimum but this can be done with any of the NPC at the tournament.

Go to Little Grainwater and at the Harvest Festival there is a mini game talking to the tournament organizer will start you battling Rowdy Adams. Once you have defeated Rowdy Adams you can ask for a rematch.

Now Rowdy Adams will re-spawn and automatically attack you. Now when he is defeated he will be on a timer and keep re-spawning and attacking you over and over. You can do this for any of the other NPC.

I mainly drop the items I cant recycle but this will also give you Festival fun price tickets. If you are not worried about any of the items then this would be a way to AFK train attack and even if you die you wont lose any items.
