8. Phase 8: Combine the parts of the Goblin Effigy dropped by the Witch
9. Phase 9: Place the Goblin Effigy at the place of goblin worship
10. Phase 10: Defeat Zephirix, the Cruel Wind of the North
11. Phase 11: Return to Madam Vinter
12. Phase 999: Quest complete!
